COVID-19 RESPONSE

HERE ARE THE PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING TO PROTECT EACH OTHER

VACCINATED STAFF

All of our health professionals are fully vaccinated to protect patients and themselves.

COVID-19 SCREENING

Before each visit, each patient is required to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire (either online or at the door) prior to entering the clinic. We encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing, or coughing to rebook your appointment. You can do this by calling 647-956-0477 or emailing info@crosstownrehab.ca

PPE

We wear masks and face shields/goggles. Patients are required to wear a mask in the building. If patients do not have their own mask, we are happy to provide them with one.

HAND HYGIENE

We follow proper hand washing procedures and hand hygiene, including washing hands or using hand sanitizer prior to, and following, each patient interaction.

SANITIZING PROCEDURES

We sanitize the tables after each treatment, as well as frequently touched areas.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

When possible, we practice physical distancing with at least 2 metres between each other.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS

We offer virtual appointments for those who don't have urgent issues or aren't comfortable coming in to the office. This ensures continuity of care and allows a safe to check in with your provider and ask any questions you may have, and to review your exercises.
